Office Policy
The following information is designed to answer many of the questions that most patients have.

Practice Hours:
Monday - Thursday
8:00am - 1:00pm
2:00pm - 5:00 pm (Lunch at 1pm)

We see all patients on an appointment basis and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserve ample time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments. Because we are very busy, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Broken Appointments:
Failure to give 24 hours notice upon the second broken appointment will result in the inactivation of your chart. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Emergency Care:
We realize that emergencies happen and we will do our best to respond to an emergency situation.

Financial Procedures:
We make every effort to keep the cost of your dental care down and request that you help by paying upon completion of each visit.

We do offer the courtesy of submitting your claims for you, but require that you pay your deductible and ESTIMATED percentage of the service performed at the completion of each visit. If you wish to have your insurance submitted by our office, we will need a current copy of your dental insurance card. We will do our part to help maximize your insurance benefits.

We cannot submit insurance for children of non-custodial parent.

Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. ALL FEES NOT PAID BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY AT THE TIME SERVICE IS RENDERED. After sixty (60 ) days, all unpaid balances (regardless of insurance coverage) are the responsibility of the patient.

We appreciate your confidence in us and we will do everything possible to serve your specific needs. If you have any other questions, please ask.

Payment Options
We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental health care. You have multiple options for payment available. For your convenience we accept cash, check, and money orders, discounts, major insurance, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Insurance – We accept most major dental insurance plans. We will also take the time to help you understand how dental insurance works and give you advice; because we know just how “fun” it can be to deal with insurance companies!

Please review your dental insurance policy to confirm whether you are covered for dental treatment. We will contact your insurance company to obtain a general breakdown of coverage to enable us to provide you with an estimate.

Dental Insurance is designed to help you pay for your care, but it was never meant to cover all your needs. Each plan has restrictions and limitations, therefore making it quite confusing to understand. We can help answer questions and help you maximize your dental benefits.

Can I make payments for my dental treatment?
We make it easy for you to get the treatment with no money down; you can take advantage of our no interest payment plan through Care Credit (upon approval).
1. We offer a 6 and 12 month – no interest payment plan that will not charge interest on your treatment if paid in full within 12 months.
2. Low-interest payment that offers lower rates than the average credit card.

CareCredit is a popular provider of medical loans. It is a line of credit accepted at thousands of medical offices that allows you to pay for medical treatment at the time of service, co-payments, deductible, treatments not covered by insurance, and make monthly payments later. With a CareCredit card you can pay for healthcare expenses for you and your family without having to reapply each time. Feel free to talk to our front office with any questions you many have.
